Ana T. McKenna
Owner & Director

​Ana T. Cutting McKenna was raised in Concord, New Hampshire. She began her training at the age of two and has continued to live her love of dance for over forty years. With a true love for children and for teaching, she has shared her passion for dance and performance all over the New England and New York areas. She has a Masters Degree in Project Management from Granite State College and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from Saint Bonaventure University in New York. Ana has taught dance to all levels for over twenty-five years in New York, Boston and New Hampshire.  Ana continues to further her dance education locally and in Boston and New York. She is a licensed Zumba instructor, part of the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) and has extensive experience in choreography.  Ana has loved bringing her love of teaching dnce to the wider Capital Area with thirteen years of the McKenna Dance Center! The McKenna Dance Center is a proud I.D.E.A. (International Dance Entrepreneurs Association) school, committed to age-appropriate movement, music and costuming.

Lynn Vasseur
​Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop

Lynn Vasseur has been dancing for over 20 years and has been sharing her passion by teaching various styles for 12 years. She attended Dean College in Franklin,  MA where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009. Among learning many dance styles she has also studied kinesiology,  pedagogy, and anatomy and physiology. Her teaching career started while attending college and has also included teaching master classes throughout New England.  Lynn is an award-winning choreographer at the regional and national levels.  She is thrilled to share her knowledge and love of movement with you!

Carrie Garcia Waldron
​Ballet,  Contemporary

Carrie grew up dancing in the Lakes Region and Concord. She has trained extensively in the classical Vaganova method, but also has long studied jazz, modern, and contemporary styles of movement. She was accepted into Texas Christian University’s prestigious ballet program, and later concluded her studies at Plymouth State University. More recently, Carrie danced with the Ballet Theatre of Maryland. She’s been teaching since the early 2000s, and focuses strongly on injury prevention and artistic development. She’s a fun, engaging teacher who can make even the most contemporary dancers say they love ballet!

Maya Infascelli
Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical

 ​​​Maya Infascelli is a recent graduate from Plymouth State University where she earned her B.A. in Ethnochoreographic Studio Management. Maya started her dance training at the age of four at the Ninth State Dance Studio where she studied ballet, pointe, modern, jazz, and lyrical over her 16 years with the studio. During her studies at Plymouth State she worked with multiple Massachusetts based companies including Pantos Project, BoSoma Dance Company and Lorraine Chapman: The Company.  Additionally, she has taken master classes with Summer Stages Dance at Concord Academy and New York City’s Broadway Dance Center. She was a member of PSU’s Contemporary Dance Ensemble, the PSU Dance Team and worked in their Music Theater Dance Department as the student Events, Archives, and Studio Coordinator. Throughout the years, Maya has taught dance in her community at two local dance studios and has an extensive background of choreographed works including group and solo pieces. These include numerous Nutcrackers, her studio’s company tour of Peter and the Wolf, her local Dancing with the Community Stars event, and other community wide fundraisers and performance-based events. Maya loves sharing her passion for dance and creating a fun and positive atmosphere for her students to grow, while encouraging them to do their very best.

McKayla Deidre Bond

​McKayla Deidre Bond is an accomplished tap dancer, training for many years at several New England dance studios and in New York City, and she has performed in various tap ensembles, to include Aaron Tolson’s New England Tap Company and Speaking in Taps, as well as Jacob’s Pillow. She has taught and choreographed for several Capital Area dance studios over the years, to include the McKenna Dance Center. A fierce competitor, she has won many titles and awards dating back to the early 2000s, and her showstopping choreography shines on any stage, on any dancer. We are thrilled to welcome her home to the McKenna Dance Center!

Lynn Briggs
Ballet

​Miss Lynn graduated from the Royal Academy of Dancing as a Certified ARAD Dancer and an Accredited Teacher with an Associate Degree From London, England.
Teaching, judging, choreographing and preparing Classical ballet students for exams and Competition on the State and National Levels for years, she brings her love of Ballet to McKenna Dance students.
